On January, 29, 1931 Prof. Albert Einstein (1879 - 1955) visited Mount Wilson Observatory where he briefly met Edward Emerson Barnard. Prof. Einstein was indirectly influenced by the work of Barnard (the Dark Nebula) and Edwin Hubble (dimension of the Universe).
